Quite an audacious and yet careless pronouncement I think. I wonder if he ever really experienced larger wheels before he stated that? Like I mean, really rode a 29er with an open mind. It took me all of two seconds to realize how much fun they are and I have not looked back.
Anyway, I should have disqualified Spike from the start but....."Charlie Cunningham"? Hee-hee, Spike gets no cookie/beer.

I think its funny how many locals here are now on 29ers. I have not done any real data gathering or even any counting, but its getting to the point where 26ers are the minority. At least among the race crowd.
Who would have ever thought that could even be a possibility?
