Outandabout....

after JJ dragged my sorry ass out of the house.

Yesterday JJ, EZ and I cruised around Evergreen's trails. Funny how fast 30-40 inches of snow simply disappears around here.

Today was a Buff Creek day.

Listening to: Mountain Chill, dj Eric Funk (KURA in Ouray, CO) via the internet and Squeezebox.

Great pics!
There is hardly any sign that is snowed? How is that possible? :) Did you Photoshop all of the snow out of your pics to make me jealous?

Mike - thanks! Great meeting and riding with you. I hope you're not too sore from the digger you took.

calG - si, it was. I thought of you yesterday as a matter of fact, as I weazed my way up climbs trying to keep up with these fast riders. I thought "Cal should be here."

DB - thanks!! Those pictures are of Buff Creek only and BC is about 40 mins. from our house. I don't think they got quite as much snow as we did - that area is sort of a banana belt. We did ride in Evergreen on Saturday though and I was shocked that we were able to ride all the trails we normally do. The snow just disappeared. I think the ground is still quite warm so it melts from below as well as from above.
